Shengmilo was born at the call of a group of cycling enthusiasts. Their strong desire for a better cycling experience brings them together as a group of cyclists of different ages, industries or backgrounds. Their shared love of cycling gradually shaped Shengmilo. Andy is a data center operations and maintenance worker. He has long suffered from Chongqing's uphill roads, heavy traffic and expensive parking fees. He is also a keen cyclist, but cycling to work from home every day really makes him tired. He has found that e-bikes can greatly relieve that tension and even make daily commutes pleasant.



Mike is a university teacher. His family liked to take their RV on trips to Tibet every vacation. His father John, a 72-year-old gentleman, is a keen cyclist. As he got older, most bike lanes became harder for him to ride, and his knees couldn't handle long rides, but he still wanted to ride farther. Mike needed to find a solid and durable electric bicycle for his father, so he joined Shengmilo's research and development team. When Shengmilo MX02S was developed, Mike gave his father John a sample bike to test. Although he was 72 years old, he rode in electric pedal-assisted mode. But the legs feel like 20 again. He believes it will be a wonderful journey for many years.



Jack is a bicycle assembly enthusiast from Hong Kong. He challenged the Sichuan-Tibet route twice after graduating from college. On his journey, he always had to cross rough roads and bad terrain, and his bike had broken several times on the way, so he had to stop temporarily and find a local bike shop to repair his bike. He also needs a more durable bicycle to help him travel.



There must be many others suffering like them. Therefore, in order to enhance the cycling experience and life experience, we finally meet here. We decided to make some advanced electric bike models and make them available to all bike enthusiasts like us. We spent a long time collecting customers' preferences, and even went to six European countries for field trips to understand European customers' needs and pain points for e-bikes. During the investigation, we got to know Francesco Tagliamonte from Italy and Asier Gonzalez from Spain. Later, these two friends became distributors of Shengmilo one after another because of their love for our products, serving European customers together. We want to equip our product with all the important features that most e-bike riders need. We are constantly looking for the best parts with the best value for money from different trusted suppliers. Finally, our first two awesome e-bike models were born, the mid-drive motor Shengmilo SML100 and the retro Shengmilo MX04.



Thanks to the powerful electric motors on the bike, Andy can now go up and down hills with ease. With the high-capacity battery, John no longer worries about his age, but is able to continue his journey on the road. As for Jack, now he can say goodbye to the repair shop. What helped them most, though, were the full suspension and hydraulic disc brakes with a power cut on the brakes, which gave them more safety and comfort on their Tibet trip and now no more bad weather and terrain to worry about on the road.

Q: Will My Parcel Be Charged Custom Duties and Taxes?

Note to all Customers: All taxes and Customs fees will already be paid. You pay only what you pay at checkout.

 

Q: Can I Amend My Order Once the Order is Being Processed?

A: We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount.

Q: What If I Change My Mind and Don't Want to Accept Parcel?

A: If you do not accept or sign for the package when it’s delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to one of our warehouses. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Q: Do I need to Pay Immediately After The Order is Placed?

Refund & Return Policy:
Please read the following carefully to understand our return and restocking fee policy that applies to all e-bikes sold on shengmilo-bikes.com.

We allow you to return any electric bike in brand new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 180 EUR to partially cover our delivery costs. For all returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we delivered the wrong item, we sent the wrong address, and we shipped a duplicate order. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you originally used. Return Policy - Contact our customer service via email support@shengmilo-bikes.com with your order number, proof of purchase and photographic proof that the item is in good condition. To return a bike free of defects or damage, the bike case must be in good condition, the bike's odometer must be less than 5 kilometers (3 miles), free of wear, dust, dirt, fragrance or any other signs of use, and must be in good condition with the one you received The packaging and condition are the same and must include everything in the box (chargers, keys, tools, pump gifts, etc.).
All accessories are non-refundable once received.
Important: For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must provide video and photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or faulty. If the customer refuses or fails to send photos/videos of the purported faulty/damaged item, this return will be considered "buyer's remorse" and it is the customer's sole responsibility to return it, the customer is also susceptible to a 15% restocking fee and The impact of any shipping charges paid by the seller. If the customer claims that the item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide evidence before returning it, without exception, by emailing support@shengmilo-bikes.com to submit pictures/videos for your return request. Before sending the returned item

For returns, please contact our customer service at support@shengmilo-bikes.com to request a return. You will need to provide us with pictures and videos to demonstrate that the e-bike is still in acceptable condition.

Shipping Returned Electric Bikes: Once your return request has been approved, please do not ship your electric bikes to the warehouse until you have received the correct shipping address from our customer service. As the return address may be different from our shipping or storage address. For the return address, please contact our customer service at support@shengmilo-bikes.com.



After the goods are arranged to be returned

Please send us a notification after shipping the returned item and provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the electric bike, we will either replace the item or give you a refund, which usually takes about 3 business days.

Rejected Shipments - Flat Fee

Any cancellations made prior to shipping will incur a 10% processing fee of the total order value, and customers will only receive a refund of 90% of the total order price.
If you cancel your order or refuse to ship after we have shipped it (you have received the tracking number), we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of EUR 180 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will return your order to us and refund the purchase price minus 180 EUR to your original payment method.

Returns of the following items will not be accepted: All accessories (including parts such as bags, tires, rear mounts, etc.); overused items in accordance with the above policy.

Reservations and cancellations

For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There is no delay in receiving payments, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

You can cancel your order by sending an email to support@shengmilo-bikes.com or by contacting us through our live customer service. Cancellations will not be confirmed until you hear back from our customer support team.

Due to the speed at which we process orders (as fast as possible), we will attempt but cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders you place on the spot. Once you place an order, we cannot make changes to the order, including model or color reasons, once the e-bike has shipped. Please choose carefully and contact our team for guidance to ensure you choose the right item.

Card processing fee. If you ask us to cancel an order after we have withdrawn funds from your credit/debit card (or after we have withdrawn funds from your PayPal account), we will deduct 2.5% from your refund to cover the merchant card Processing fees, do not reinstate when we refund canceled orders.
